This was my first time using Mark Allen Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I will never use another company again. On Thursday evening 6/10/21, we discovered a serious leak under our kitchen sink. We called this company that evening, and Patrick came to our home by 10:00 AM the next morning. He didn't have the replacement faucet we needed; but he left to get it and quickly returned in 30 minutes. He installed it, and patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns. We really appreciated the fast response and great service.
Very quick response and a very polite and professional team. I asked them about replacing and moving a water heater. They recommended a new tankless heater that is the size of a suitcase. The install was a lot of work...but well worth it. I now have unlimited hot water, and with the recirculator, I no longer have to run out gallons of water just to get to the hot water! Thanks guys. I have some more jobs on the way!!!!

I went online and requested service. Within an hour someone responded and within 3 hours they were here to service my furnace. It turned out I needed a new furnace. They had one installed the next day. They were very fair and transparent. Using the camera they showed where the old furnace was cracked. They kept the area clean and were very professional. The price was also very reasonable. I will also need a new A/C unit in the spring and will be calling Mark Allen again
